Welcome to Liberty, home of the lions! Our school is fortunate to have an excellent staff complimented by many valuable support programs. All students participate in a related arts block, which consists of daily P.E. and a rotation between library, music, Spanish, and art. Liberty also has a gifted and talented teacher on staff, who works to provide challenges for advanced students, as well as to provide resources for the classroom teacher in differentiating for these students. A Reading Recovery teacher is on staff to help struggling first grade readers, and ELL teachers work with English Language Learners. Academically, reading and math are the main focus at Liberty and are integrated through all subject areas. However, we do have some fun too. Ask any child about our Jammer and Dynamo competitions.
